1. Who we are

AmenUp (the "app") is developed by Waldison Dos Santos Junior ("we"). This policy explains how the app handles information.

2. Data we collect

AmenUp requires no account and uses no third-party advertising or analytics. To confirm subscriptions, the app uses RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous identifier generated on the device and the history of in-app purchases. This data does not identify you and is not used for tracking.

3. Camera and microphone

Used only when you turn on "Record reactions" and grant permission. Videos are recorded and stored only on your device and can be deleted in the app at any time. They leave your device only if you choose to share them or save them to Photos.

4. Photos

If you tap "Save to Photos", the app asks for permission to add the video to your library only. The app does not read your photos.

5. Motion sensors

Device tilt is read during a round only to detect correct answers and skips. This data is not stored or sent.

6. Data on your device

Preferences, game history and custom decks are stored only on your device. Deleting the app removes them.

7. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are processed and renewed by Apple; we do not receive your payment details. Subscription status is validated by RevenueCat (revenuecat.com/privacy). You can cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings.

8. Consent of people being filmed

Before recording, the app asks you to confirm that everyone agrees to be filmed. Please ask permission before sharing videos with others.

9. Support messages

If you write to us through the support form, we keep your name, e-mail and message only to reply. We do not use them for marketing and delete them on request.

10. Children

The app collects no personal data from anyone, including children.

11. Your rights

Because we keep no personal data about you, there is nothing to access or delete in our systems. To remove the anonymous purchase identifier held by RevenueCat, reach us through the contact below.

Updates to this policy will be posted on this page with a new date.
